Yes, all Optic Lighting Ltd products
come with a one year guarantee (excluding lamp
replacement).
13. How long do the Optic Lighting
lamps last?
The lamps last on average approximately
2,000 hours.
14. How big an area can I light
with one Optic Lighting kit?
The Starceiling kit can cover an
approximate area of 18 sq.m (e.g. 4 x 4.5m OR
6 x 3m etc). The maximum recommended tail length
for the other kits is 10m so, effectively, you
have a 10m radius around the lightsource where
the fittings may be installed.
15. Can you purchase different
fittings to those supplied with the Optic Lighting
kit?
Additional, replacement fittings
are available if required, please contact us directly
to discuss your requirements. Please remember
however that a maximum of 7 fittings may be used
per lightsource.
16. How many colours do you get
with the Optic Lighting kits?
There are a total of 5 colours on
the Optic Lighting colour wheels, plus white light.
17. What if I want a fixed colour
rather than constantly changing colours?
All of our kits (with the exclusion
of Starceiling) come supplied with a separate
plug to enable you to start/stop the colour wheel
on a particular colour or white light whenever
you wish.
18. Can you purchase different
colour options than those supplied with the Optic
Lighting kit?
No additional colour options are
currently available.
19. Where can I purchase spares?

20. Can I use Optic Lighting kits
abroad?
Yes, provided you have the correct
plug adaptor, the kits are fully tested to European
Safety Standards.
